Bullying is one of the biggest issues schools need to deal with. Some Taiwanese school go out of their ways to color label student, hoping it would put a stop on bullying. However, this measure angered a lot of parents.
Students either have different colored collar or uniforms based on their grades. Contacting between junior and senior students are also prevented, forcing students to stay in their own “territory’. Even though some schools adapting the measure report a dramatic decrease in bullying, human activism groups believe it seriously violate the basic human right of students.
